Botryoidal Specimen of Deep Blue and Green Chrysocolla
Glossy botryoidal specimen of deep blue and green Chrysocolla!
This specimen could also be described as mammillary or grape-like, with a mostly blue surface and some slightly greener overgrowth. The specimen is in good conditional for a mineral that tends to bruise easily, with only some incompleteness on the backside out of view. I usually see Malachite specimens from the Star of Congo and pure Chrysocolla specimens are less common.
